INHALE EXHALE CREATE invites a curated group of 14 photographers to gather in the Blue Mountains for a transformative experience of embodied creativity, community, breathwork, mindfulness, nervous system regulation, and artistic exploration. This mini retreat created by professional photographer and breathwork facilitator, Sarah Fountain, is a labour of love, born from years of exploration, research and practice.

The first event, set in the serene Blue Mountains, blends sauna rituals, contrast therapy, sound healing, breathwork and mindful photography. You will slow down, reconnect with your body and mind, and explore creativity, presence, and self expression.

The retreat is divided into multiple chapters. Each one is a unique sensory exploration. As a participant you can enjoy the bathhouse sound healing and breathwork circuit and the mindful photography workshop. You are given the option to conclude with a luxurious dining experience. You decide which chapters to embrace.

You’ll leave feeling calmer, clearer, and more creatively alive, with a deeper connection to yourself.

Pricing is $400 - $550 and includes a 1 hour mindful photography workshop, Aqua Ignis bathhouse access (exclusively for retreat guests only), guided breathwork, sound bath, embodiment practices, contrast therapy guidance, refreshments, a curated gift bag featuring premium products (special thanks to our sponsors: Sisuu, Summer Salt Body and Clemence Organics), and an optional 7 course degustation farm-to-table menu & pairing @ the award winning Megalong Restaurant.

Accommodation and travel to and from the venues are not included.

This is not a traditional retreat. The core intention is creative expression grounded in nervous system regulation and embodied presence. The experience is about presence and flow. Not perfection.
