STORY

With over 14 years of experience as a fashion and commercial photographer, I have worked with leading brands such as Gucci, Camilla, Mecca, David Jones, and Canon. I’ve had my work published in Vogue Australia, Harper’s Bazaar, and Elle Greece, and directed photography masterclasses for Canon, written educational features for Adobe, created content for Fujifilm, and showcased my work in exhibitions.

From the outside, it looked like success: international clients, busy schedules, and a growing reputation. Yet, I had left little space to nurture myself. In the process, I lost touch with the deeper joy of creating and found myself caught in the cycle of burn out. This awareness was an invitation to find a new way of living and working that honoured my health, freedom, and joy. What followed was a journey of transformation. Exploring contrast therapy, breathwork, embodied practices, mindfulness and therapeutic photography, I discovered powerful methods that restored my vitality and balance. Instead of living in a constant state of fight-or-flight, or fatigue, I began to experience more presence, resilience, stamina and creative renewal.

I became a qualified breathwork facilitator and deepened my long standing meditation practice. The techniques I use are also informed by my academic background in Health Science. This knowledge anchors my work in evidence based approaches between the nervous system and psychology in supporting wellbeing.

Over time, I designed a nervous system reset and creative flow protocol: a fusion of contrast therapy, conscious breath, and mindful photography that restores balance and energy. This is the essence of the Inhale, Exhale, Create retreat: a transformative, research backed experience, that leaves participants feeling calmer, clearer, and more creatively alive.
